· Developed and promoted the Waste Elimination Program in Tyson Foods, and obtained $927K in savings within the first 6 months of consulting.
· Managed the Lean Six Sigma training program for Walmart US and Latin America, and developed Continuous Improvement methodologies.
· Developed 5s initiative in Tyson Foods and Siemens, created weekly audits for improvements sustain and deployed successfully the training program for 2 different plants.
· Introduced standard operating procedures and processes for Siemens and Walmart, removing inefficiencies via lean techniques, utilizing DMAIC improvement cycle.
